Bon Voyage Christina, BSSC THANKS YOU.
We have to say we are both sad and happy that Christina has found a new calling and challenges that will take her away from the Blue Sky Sailing Club. We've enjoyed her enthusiasm as Social Director and valuable insights at our past Board Meetings. Good Luck and Thank You on behalf of the club members!
On the same note: BSSC is announcing we are seeking for a new Social Director. Do you like to interact with people? Like to throw parties, get-togethers and watch others have a great time. Contact the BSSC Executives and step up to the table (not on or under) and increase your status within the club (lampshade optional).
Prepare to Tack!

Recap of the First Workshop
A good job is mostly preparation with a sharp eye! Thanks John!
We had lots of fun as we learned about different tasks that are needed to get done to get a boat ready for the water. It was a bit too cold to work properly with fibreglass so we'll do that at a later date. We learned how to finish a fibreglass hull and tips with the application of anti-fouling paint. Thanks to Henry for hosting the workshop. The next one is coming up real soon!
Fibreglass Workshop #1
Henry will be demonsrating working with fibreglass. We'll also be varnishing and getting our other boats ready. Saturday, May 28 @9:00, 310 Silver Lady Lane.
Cheers,
Cheers,
First Launch of the Season
We're putting our first boat in this morning and will announce shortly a date to clean her up and get it rigged. Stay Tuned!
